Access with credentials and OneTimePassword (OTP):
- New users (registering after date XX/XX/XXXX): will access using their credentials and OTP, but during an enablement request, access via a certified method (SPID, CNS/TS, CIE, eiDAS) will be required, which will become the only access method for these users. If a new user needs to access again via credentials and OTP, they can request them through the specific function within the "Edit contact details" section. With this procedure, the user will be able to set a password and OTP, and using their username, have the possibility to access via credentials and OTP, while also being able to continue accessing via one of the certified methods.
- Existing users (users already present and using the system before date XX/XX/XXXX): upon their first login with their existing credentials, they will need to set up the OTP channel for subsequent logins and validate their email address via a verification code. At the time of the enablement request, users will be required to complete identification, which can be done using one of the certified methods or via a manual procedure. For these types of users, they will be allowed to continue accessing using their own credentials and OTP even after having logged in using one of the certified methods.
- Users access AIFA Services via certified methods (SPID, CNS, CIE, eIDAS) and are therefore already identified for subsequent enablement requests.
- AIFA internal users already present on the system will be able to continue accessing using their own credentials, setting up OTP upon their first login and validating their email address. New AIFA internal users, on the other hand, will only be able to access using one of the certified methods and may eventually request credentials to access the system under special circumstances.
